What is your favourite part of being involved with St Nicks? There’s nothing quite like an event on the reserve, Autumn Fair in particular springs to mind. Hundreds of happy people engaging with nature, finding out about what we do, having fun, and in some cases even learning new skills!

Emma is a middle aged white woman with a soft brown bob that sweeps from her forehead back behind her ears and neck. She is wearing very thick black framed glasses and is almost smiling at the camera.

What is your favourite part of your role at St Nicks? I like the dynamic community - conversations are chocka with experience and energy. Dry as it sounds, I enjoy being on the checks-and-balances side of things.

What is your favourite part of being involved with St Nicks? Knowing that we are making a tangible difference to the nature that we share our city with by providing a place for it to thrive, and an organisation supporting that which also develops locally focused action that will help make humankind a sustainable part of our planet.

What is your favourite part of being involved with St Nicks? Being involved in the board and getting to work with a great group of passionate individuals who have the success of St Nicks at their core is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my time at St Nicks so far. Knowing your part of something that is making a real impact to people's lives as well as benefitting the environment is truly the best feeling and celebrating every success and strive forwards at St Nicks is a part of this!
