Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have had to limit the amount of volunteering opportunities available and so are not able to take on new volunteers at this time. We are very sorry about this. We will continue to monitor the government guidance and will be recruiting again as soon as we can. If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please email Volunteer Co-ordinator, Maria, and she will be in touch when we are able to accept new volunteers. Thank you for you patience.

It was the power of volunteers that turned a former rubbish tip into the nature reserve and Environment Centre! Volunteering with St Nicks is a great way to meet new friends, learn new skills, gain experience in the competitive conservation sector, help the environment and most of all have lots of fun. We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities, and are happy to organise corporate volunteering days too.

In turn for your time and effort, we provide lots of tea or coffee and enormous amounts of gratitude. Please take a look at our volunteer roles, see if you could even be a Volunteer Park Ranger and get in touch with our Volunteer Co-ordinator Maria Gill to arrange a chat about how you’d like to get involved.
