November marks six months of our new Nature-Based Wellbeing programme. We're really proud to have been able to launch a new variety of nature-based peer and skills groups, which are open for everyone to benefit from.
Here’s what participants have been saying so far…
- “Positivity, warmth and kindness.”
- “Nature and knowing how to be friends with it - is such a revelation :)”
- “I enjoy coming - it helps take my mind off other things.”
- “Learned so much in a fun way. Enjoyed the social aspect. Thank you!”
- “A welcoming space – thank you for the opportunity to join, it really helps me.”
- “Thoroughly enjoyable. Exercising outside has been super, and I've very much enjoyed chatting with the very friendly group of people.”
We want to say a huge thank you to our amazing Nature Connections volunteers – Daisy, Lesley, Violet, Rachel, Isobel and Bobbi – whose support in running our group activities is invaluable! If you want to find out more about our voluntary roles, please get in touch!
