Thanks to funding from City of York Council and partnership with York Mind, our Ecotherapy project is expanding again! Ecotherapy promotes good mental and physical wellbeing through outdoor activity in a natural environment. We currently offer activities on every day of the work week. As of July we are happy to be adding green exercise to the mix, led by qualified instructors: Cycling on Mondays, Nordic Walking on Tuesdays and Outdoor Tai Chi on Wednesdays.
