Fundraiser to get volunteers back

We have come up with a plan to enable socially distant volunteering on site, to do so we need your help. We only have a very limited amount of tools. In the past, it has not been a problem for volunteers to share tools because there was no risk in this but now, there is risk of transmitting COVID-19 if someone who is infected uses a tool and then that tool is used by other volunteers. Could you donate to help us buy extra tools? We also need extra gloves so that each volunteer can have their own pair – usually our volunteers share communal gloves but of course this can no longer happen. Finally if we raise enough we’d love to be able to build an outdoor storage area for boots and volunteer equipment to minimise the need for access to our small boot room. To donate you can the donate page on our website, the donate button on our facebook page or you can text volunteering to 70085. Texts cost £1 plus one standard rate message and you’ll be opting in to hear more about our work and fundraising via telephone and SMS. If you’d like to give £1 but do not wish to receive marketing communications, text VOLUNTEERINGNOINFO to 70085.
