Are mental health challenges like anxiety or depression getting in the way of you thriving at work? We offer free mentoring support for people in employment whether you have a formally diagnosed mental health problem or not, as part of the Thriving at Work programme.
Often we spend a significant part of our time at work, and if you are managing mental health challenges at the same time, this can affect your confidence in the workplace and have a knock on affect to other areas of your life.
Our person-centred sessions with an experienced mentor will help you to find what works for you, including strategies such as connecting with nature and other activities to support your wellbeing at work.
