Ta(l)king Action allows people to discuss the climate crisis, pledge to make positive changes, share knowledge and connect with one another. Please book via Eventbrite in order to receive online/Zoom joining instructions.

There are many ways to reduce our carbon emissions and restore nature; we all need to employ as many possible to get to a zero carbon future. This month’s theme links to Mental Health Awareness Week – how do we promote our and other people’s wellbeing while ta(l)king action on the climate and ecological emergency so that we can all do more and thrive?

Join us to hear from inspiring speakers on how their organisations or they themselves are tackling the issue, ask questions , exchange tips, review previous pledges and consider your own actions.

Our speakers include:

After presentations and questions, we will break into small groups for further discussions in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, make our action pledges and make (new)connections with like-minded people. You can view pledges from our previous events here. What will yours be?

Booking essential via Eventbrite.

This monthly event series is a collaboration between St Nicks, Speak Carbon and Oak Tree Sustainable Living Centre. Other organisations as well as individuals aiming for a zero carbon future are warmly invited to join in and share.
