Identifying pollinators in the meadow

Join St Nicks’ knowledgeable and friendly team at St Nicks Environment Centre for an afternoon of celebrating the variety of local wildlife. Come and explore the different habitats of the nature reserve – our woodlands, grasslands and wetlands – to see what we can find just one mile from the city centre.

We’ll be joined by Phil Taylor from Green Underwing and will be looking for bees, butterflies, bugs, birds, signs of water voles and otters, and so much more! No expertise is required, just enthusiasm for nature.

The event is kindly supported by Bettys Trees For Life Fund administered by Two Ridings Community Foundation.
